62. This is the Plaza-de-la-Constitution which takes its name from the monument erected in commemoration of the new Spanish Liberal Court. It is set in the center of the town and was originally used as a parade ground for the troop from the barracks which are nearby. The monument is the only one in existence commemorating the new Spanish constitution. In the background you get a glimpse of the old Spanish Governor's residence now used as a post office.
