109. I have two pictures I call "Cause and Effect." The presence of this kind of weather that would cause ice to form had a very disastrous effect in Florida to the orange crop. Yet is a fact that such has been the condition several times, and has been a hard blow to fruit growers, many loosing all their groves, thus reducing them to poverty.
