Description:     Two letters: one from New York Central Railroad Company employee J.H. Ehrehart to Model Land Company president J.E. Ingraham asking whether he can purchase MLC lands at $5 an acre in order to build roads to Key Largo, and one from Ingraham to MLC sales agents Pepper and Potter advising them that the lands are worth more like $25 an acre.
