These photographs are of students and campus life from the early 1950s to early 1960s selected from the University of Miami Historical Photograph Collection. The images were chosen for the 'Old Timers' who were attending the 2008 Alumni Weekend. The University of Miami Archives holds over 500,000 photographs and negatives that document the University's growth from the 1920s through the presidency of Henry King Stanford. Especially rich are images of UM sports, the expansion of each campus, student life, and special events such as commencement ceremonies. Digitization of the images and creation of the website were made possible by the Digital Initiatives Division of Richter Library.
