Project Description:
I plan to implement a group project for EPS 291 in which students will work together to apply academic knowledge on character development to a real-world setting. Their assignment will be to prepare a module on character development that will be appropriate to the organization they have selected. There will be wide latitude in the specific module and in the organization where they apply their knowledge. They will work together in groups of 5-7 students on this project. They will document their progress through the project wiki according to a structured project timeline. The wiki will allow the assessment of individual participation as well as overall group achievement. Students will present their projects to the class and to the project site at the end of the course.
